£30 per 55 minute session

Yoga can be a very valuable tool, not just for improving posture and alignment, but also for working with the emotional issues that may be causing postural difficulties.
Yoga can also be an effective complementary therapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, low self-esteem and the symptoms of menopause. It can be essential for managing the process of ageing well.

I offer one to one yoga sessions for people new to yoga who would like to explore the value of yoga before maybe going on to join a yoga group or who wish to explore how a Scaravelli approach could enhance their practice.

Yoga is a practice that any person, regardless of age can use to realize their full potential. Doing the postures, the feeling of extending the body also extends the mind and releases pent-up emotions. Our minds and emotions have created our aches, stiffness, tension, and dis-ease; and so through extending our bodies…we can break through tremendous barriers in our mind and unruly emotions.

Yoga can bring to the surface traumas, shocks and hurt that have been held in the body over a long time. The postures of yoga enable us to live our day-to-day lives with more vitality and greater connection of mind and body.
